HOW CAN WE ATTRACT THE JOB WE WANT?

                              

 How can we attract the job we want (dream job)

        

Hellooo beautiful people, hope you are doing well.

we (the fine ladies ) are back again with a very interesting topic.Recently, we have been talking about how we can develop a business mindset; it was instructive but we have found that not all the people were meant to start their own businesses. so we are bringing this talk“HOW CAN WE ATTRACT OUR DREAM JOB?”in order for all of us to fit in. we will see the steps and what should be considered as keys. There are laws of attraction to manifest the career or job of your dream.

1. Manifest the opportunity .

If you don’t  know already the type of job you want or having an eye on a certain position:

 *Create the opportunity!

Write down what you desire for your dream job; you want a job that truly fulfills you, think about all these things you like to do and effortlessly(talents, experiences) and write them down. keep track of them!

*Set your intentions;

Among all the things you listed; select what comes first  and be willing to do intentionally to put order in your universe.

*Before applying;

Write down your qualities, all the reasons you believe that you are qualified for that job. This will motivate you.

2. Application process;

There are several ways of applying for a job:

In person,online,E-mail,etc.

 Do a research about the company(reach out to current employees, locate the name and email of the hiring manager,etc..) ,tailor your resume and cover letter to the position are prime.

*How to write an application letter;

-Review information about the company and position.

-Use a professional format.

-Create the heading.

-Address the letter to the hiring manager

-Open the letter by describing your interest.

-Outline your experience and qualifications.

-Express appreciation.

 

*Stay in high vibration and stay mindful;

Staying in high vibration is needed because you want to attract the job that matches your energy ; we attract what we release ,so that energy is needed here.keep your vibes🔥

*Stay mindful

You never know, The universe delivers a lot of opportunities.

Being present ensures that we won’t miss those opportunities that are given to us daily. Be intentional and very mindful about what you say (pull out the unnecessary things) the way you express yourself matters (body language)…

You will get the interview;Whether it is over the phone or in person, there are few things that you need to do before you go in or speak to the interviewer.

*Set your mind right;

There are questions we should ask ourselves not only what  the company is going to do for you instead what should you bring to this company ?(positive attributes);

-How can I provide value ?

-What can I offer?

Focus on the emotions before , during and after the interview because they are such a powerful way to cultivate energy ,bring it with you and Send a THANK YOU email.

 

3 . Interview process;

 Frame the mind to make this job yours, keep positive vibes and know how to use your energy.This step is very crucial because it is where they get to select the best among all those that have applied, so how are you going to differentiate yourself with others? with fear? Confidence is one of the keys .

    While waiting for the response; do not obsess about this job. You can see the cultures of the company.Look at other positions(just to keep your options open).

*The “Act as if” process:

This process is a way of preparing yourself for the  interview, the atmosphere of “I BELONG HERE” also “I WILL FIT IN HERE”.

Things that are necessary in the interview:

-Presentation of your curriculum vitae(CV): this is crucial because before the interviewer meets you in person ; they have to look at your CV or resume..

-For the interview: wear  according to the job.The appearance counts.

 

In conclusion,your first intention should be what’s in your heart,if you want the job go for it and money will come after. This can be applied to almost anything, but today we were visualizing a  way to your dream job, and yes there will be more failures or rejections than successes but please do not consider yourself entitled to win this , just push harder and keep the faith.
