"I HEAR YOU , I SEE YOU AND I LOVE YOU"

Welcome back beautiful people to our blog and Happy new 2023 🎉

Before we get into our topic, we want to let you know that by the grace of God you are still here today!you’re still standing! You even still have hope for this new year.”

WE ARE PROUD OF YOU,WE LOVE YOU❤️

I love January for one simple reason, I don't know if you too have realized that during this month almost everyone is hopeful, everyone is excited to start new habits, some make lists of new resolutions or goals that they know deep down that by February they would have already forgotten about them hahah….For me this year I have decided to make only one resolution or goal which is "to transform my mind"  Why?  well because 2022 has been very disturbing for me 😅 I've had highs that I'm so grateful for but I've had lows too and those lows left scars inside me that made me want to give up everything and struggle with negative thoughts and anxiety.

In the middle of the year, I even started to get angry with God, and sometimes me and Jesus had serious conversations telling him that "yes I liked the vision you gave me Lord but  the process you're using to get me there is too much for me”  in simple terms i was trying to say this "Jesus why didn't you tell me the process before i signed the contract😂 because I’m starting to get tired of being your strong soldier😩😂”.

Long story short, at the end of the year God answered one of my prayers and it reminded me that God is always faithful and I just need to trust the Lord with my life.  He knows what is best for me.  And that I must accept that if the Lord trusts me to give me blessings, I should also learn to accept the battles that God entrusts to me.

I'm grateful for all those battles I went through that year, because it helped me recognize that there are some things I need to prioritize more.  One of them was that I needed to take care my mental health or my well-being, my mind because recently your sister’s s mind was messed up😫 and I'm saying this just to let you know if you think you're the only person who has a  moment when you feel like your mind is out of control, I'm telling you right now that we're in this thing together.

And that I will share with you what can help us to let God transform our minds so that we can be well equipped to achieve any other goals we may set for this year.  Whether we believe it or not, the way we think has a lot of impact on our actions, so I hope this post is going to help someone else.

Disclaimer: These tools that I am going to give you are not meant to fix you or make you a perfect person, because you are not a problem to be fixed, you are a human being living a life that can sometimes be challenging .

I have a question for you: would you like to live in a house that is disorganized, not clean , where nothing isn’t in its right place? Or would you prefer living in a house that is clean , organized and everything is in its right place ? Of course all of us would choose the second house because it seems like a peaceful house, the one you are glad to go to after a long day and you can be at rest.

Take time each day if possible , clear your mind because whatever comes to your mind is not the reality and it wasn't meant to stay.

Also, it's hard to transform your mind if you don't know where those thoughts are coming from.

Try to find the roots of those thoughts so you can place them where they are meant to be. You can also seek professional help for this to find out where they come from.

Whenever you feel like your fear is paralyzing you or maybe it's a decision you've made that your mind isn't a safe place or maybe it's a generational pattern of thoughts, meaning that  your family thinks like that and now you think like that...

Instead of feeling guilty, you're stuck there in that circle of those thoughts. Instead of shame, try practicing these, take a second and start saying thank you to God, be grateful for at least 3 things. It's the quickest way to get into God's presence and believe me, you'll start to feel the difference.

Transforming your mind is going to be like going to school. It will take time for you to graduate in some classes.  For example, if for some reason you've lived in a fear-of-failure mindset for 10 years, you can't expect to be free of it in just one month.  It may not be the same, but sometimes you'll have one thought, but that doesn't mean you're not on the right path. Be patient, don't give up on the time it can take to learn and Jesus knows that like any good teacher the Lord doesn't mind repeating himself if necessary.

God knows our mind, again forget that guilt of those thoughts or that mindset because they are not your identity.

Set a personal time where everyday you sit in God's presence, read the Bible , worship, tell God how you’re feeling , repent , Thank Him, Listen- Let God renew you.

I hope this post brings you some peace and clarity, and if you have one thing to take from this post is that: GOD is trying to tell you

"I Hear  you, I See you  and I Love you".

Thanks for reading till the end and if you think this can help someone else, don't forget to share.

With great Love ❤️
