"I HEAR YOU , I SEE YOU AND I LOVE YOU"

Welcome back beautiful people to our blog and Happy new 2023 🎉 Before we get into our topic, we want to let you know that by the grace of God you are still here today!you’re still standing! You even still have hope for this new year.” WE ARE PROUD OF YOU,WE LOVE YOU❤️ I love January for one simple reason, I don't know if you too have realized that during this month almost everyone is hopeful, everyone is excited to start new habits, some make lists of new resolutions or goals that they know deep down that by February they would have already forgotten about them hahah….For me this year I have decided to make only one resolution or goal which is "to transform my mind"  Why?  well because 2022 has been very disturbing for me 😅 I've had highs that I'm so grateful for but I've had lows too and those lows left scars inside me that made me want to give up everything and struggle with negative thoughts and anxiety. In the middle of the year, I even started to get ...

Unlock Your potential part 2

Hello beautiful people 🤗 .. Welcome back to our blog, we really hope all the content we have been  providing to you have added more awareness and answers to some of your questions.

Today we will continue the conversation we had in the previous post ... but in this second part we will be more focused on how to value your talents and allow you to fully live your vocation and  impact the society.

But before we evolve this, we would like to enlighten you why we have chosen to write this article.

Indeed, it comes from a conversation i had with my colleague and another person …..he highlighted that “our success doesn’t just depend on our talents!"  We have to work more on our personality plus our character in order to wait for our fixed objective.

I think this quote from Will Smith can sum up everything we have just said: “No matter how talented you are, your talent will fail, if you are not competent.  Skill is learned through practice, working hard, and devoting yourself to being better every day. "

For those who didn’t understand, allow us to give you a quick definition that will help you.

Competence: “the ability to do something well”.  It is good to know what your talents are, but the real importance is to be excellent and competent in your field.

Now we can start talking about some of the tips that we consider to be  very important to know,so that we become more skilled and live our lives with excellence.

-self education : it means being someone who learns from everyone and everything around them, for example reading books or watching videos on YouTube  … 'guys let me tell you an unnecessary fact YouTube has become a university where we can go to learn anything we want and for free ,you can find videos of experts talking about whatever you needed to know’.

Also listening to podcasts or going to any event that can help you  train and increase your knowledge and gain wisdom.

-get yourself a mentor: a mentor is a person who offers their acquired knowledge and expertise in order to promote the development of another person.  They just want to see you succeeding because they see themselves in you. But before you find one, you have to have a desire to improve yourself ... in other words, you have to be mentorable.  And then you have to look deep within yourself and find out what are your abilities? Who are the people you admire and why? by answering those questions, you will be able to know how to find your mentor.

-pray : we are not made to do everything by ourselves.

The grace and strength of God are always provided to us to do whatever we are called to do.

Our journey of faith also plays an important role in how we can achieve our highest goals.  We cannot depend on our intelligence and our talents to live fully in our vocation, because if we do this we become our own gods and it does not makes sense to overload our shoulders and this can destroy everything, Therefore this is why we need to stay in his presence and let him lead us in everything we do.

So pray, look for him every day, surrender to him and all will be well!.

Short time story: I was on YouTube watching a video of Vusi Thembekwayo a “ Global Business Speaker and CEO of pan-African impact investment firm MyGrowthFund Venture Capital & convenor of leading research boutique IC Knowledge Bureau” , in that video he was saying how he prayed everyday.

He said : “ I don’t  pray for wealth, I don’t pray for health, I don’t pray for well-being, I don’t pray for prosperity , I just pray for Wisdom… When you have wisdom you can discern so much ...and the rest can take care of itself “

When you pray for wisdom you can see wrong partners coming, you can see wrong habits you need to change, you can read an environment and discern.

This is where we end this insightful conversation ... but we would love to know your personal tips and share them with us to know how to add value to our talents.

Share your opinions in the comments section and let's help and educate each other.

 God bless you!

 With great, great love
